What types of plastic pipes does Ruiteng manufacture?

Ruiteng produces a comprehensive range of plastic pipe systems including PPR (polypropylene random) hot and cold water pipes, PVC-U drainage and water supply pipes, HDPE (high-density polyethylene) water supply and gas pipes, HDPE corrugated drainage pipes, and MPP (modified polypropylene) electrical conduits. Each product line is engineered for specific pressure ratings, temperature ranges, and application environments.

What is the difference between PPR, PVC-U, and HDPE pipes?

PPR pipes are mainly used for indoor cold and hot water supply. PVC-U pipes are commonly used for drainage, rainwater systems and electrical conduits. HDPE pipes are suitable for outdoor buried water supply, drainage and municipal pipelines. PPR offers better temperature and pressure performance for hot water; PVC-U is cost-effective for drainage; HDPE provides good flexibility, impact resistance and corrosion resistance for buried installation.

Can Ruiteng supply custom pipe dimensions or special specifications?

Yes. We can discuss non-standard diameters, wall thicknesses, lengths, pressure classes, colours and OEM packaging. Feasibility depends on the production line, mould range, applicable standard and order quantity. Please confirm outer diameter, wall thickness, length, pressure rating, working temperature, application and quantity so we can check whether a new mould or production adjustment is required.

What raw materials are used in your plastic pipes?

Our plastic pipes are produced from polymer resins matched to each product type. PPR pipes use PP-R resin; PVC-U pipes use PVC resin with stabilizers, lubricants, fillers and impact modifiers; PE/HDPE pipes use polyethylene resin, typically HDPE or MDPE. Floor heating pipes may use PE-RT, PE-Xa or PB resins. Exact resin grades, additive systems and applicable standards can be provided with the product data sheet for each order.

What quality certifications do your pipes hold?

Our group operates a CNAS-accredited laboratory and holds qualifications including National High-Tech Enterprise, Green Factory and provincial/municipal quality awards. Our promotional materials state that products comply with CE, GOST and ISO requirements; however, specific certificate numbers, issuing bodies, scope and validity should be verified for each product and market. For export or project procurement, we can provide test reports, material data sheets and applicable standard references on request.

Are your drinking water pipes safe for potable water contact?

Yes. Our pipes intended for drinking water systems are designed and produced to meet applicable hygienic safety requirements. For the Chinese market, drinking-water pipes can be evaluated in accordance with GB/T 17219 and relevant national product standards. For export markets, drinking-water compliance documents can be arranged according to the destination country, such as NSF/ANSI/CAN 61, WRAS, DVGW, Kiwa or ACS.
