PE water supply pipe (polyethylene water supply pipe) is an extruded pipe made mainly of polyethylene resin. It is used for domestic drinking water and industrial process water, with strict hygiene and safety standards.
With excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high toughness and reliable sealing, it is widely used in urban water supply, agricultural irrigation and industrial water conveyance.
Unlike steel and galvanized pipes, it needs no anti-corrosion coating. Its smooth inner wall reduces water resistance and ensures stable flow. Ideal for municipal, building, industrial and irrigation projects, it is a preferred piping solution for water supply & drainage engineering.

Production Process & Details
Manufactured by fully-automatic precision extrusion process, the pipes feature uniform wall thickness and stable material density, free of bubbles and impurities. Every batch undergoes strict tensile test, hydrostatic pressure test and sanitary inspection. Products can only leave the factory after passing quality verification.
Specifications, pressure ratings and production batch numbers are clearly printed on the pipe body for full-process traceability. The integrated hot-melt welding delivers firm and stable joints that resist cracking and leakage in long-term service, suitable for various complex construction conditions.

Product Packaging
Straight pipes are bundled and wrapped with plastic for protection; coiled pipes are fully covered with waterproof films. Protective pads are fitted at corners to avoid bumps and abrasion during transportation.
